The local ACT Chapter of the MIA is holding its second face to face breakfast event in Deakin on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is to allow agents and people working in the industry to meet informally on a personal level to discuss new ideas, case work, and the changes occurring in our industry. We will also invite an expert to the breakfast to address a topic of interest to MIA members.
The meeting is broadly open to ACT and NSW MIA members, those considering joining the MIA, key support staff, and those involved in the education sector.
Dr. Donny Pasaribu, A/g Director, ACT Migration
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Donny Pasaribu, the A/g Director of ACT Migration, will be speaking at the breakfast event. Dr. Pasaribu will give an update on the ACT nomination program and is happy to take questions about the program.
Thi is a great opportunity for local migration agents to gain a better understanding of current policy settings in the ACT, potential future changes, and to understand the position of the ACT Government in respect of any number of visa issues affecting agents and our clients.
