The Temporary Activity (Subclass 408) visa is a versatile visa with various streams.
This workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of the Entertainment Activities stream of the Subclass 408 visa as well as the Social and Cultural Activity stream.. It will examine the legislative requirements, sponsorship and nomination considerations, evidentiary requirements, and common issues encountered in practice. The session will also explore complex case scenarios, compliance obligations, and strategic considerations for practitioners advising clients in the entertainment industry. It is suited for both new and experienced migration practitioners.
