- Legislative Updates: Detailed overview of the July 2024 amendments, including new onshore pathways for Subclass 300 holders and access to relationship cessation provisions.
- Relationship Criteria: Assessing 'spouse' vs 'de facto' relationships and evidentiary requirements.
- Sponsorship: Eligibility, limitations, and character requirements.
- Complex Issues: Managing Schedule 3 criteria, Section 48 bars, and health waivers.
- Case Studies: Practical scenarios covering prior refusals, irregular status, and complex family units.
