This workshop will explore the latest developments in the permanent visa options for subclass 482 visa holders, including the transitional pathway now open for STSOL and ROL occupations and the options for Hong Kong and BNO passport holders. It will also examine the application requirements for the subclass 191 visa for 494 visa holders, including the criterion that there has been compliance with visa conditions and the evidence required to lodge the subclass 191 visa application.
