About the Beginners Series
The Beginners Series is tailored for immigration practitioners who are new to the profession, or just new to a particular visa. The series covers a range of topics and will provide basic and relevant information. Each workshop is meant to be practical in its approach and will include a detailed discussion of the application process.
Subject Matter
Basics of Partner Visas:
This workshop is directed towards RMAs, Solicitors and Students who do not have any, or very limited, knowledge of Partner Visas.
This hands-on workshop will explore partner visa pathways, provide essential and practical information on eligibility, evidence requirements, and common challenges.
It is designed with a practical focus and will include a detailed walkthrough of an actual application with guidance on preparing applications and addressing typical issues that arise in practice.
