What is CPD Bites?
CPD Bites is a collection of engaging and informative 1-hour online workshops designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. These sessions start at 1pm, making them perfect for a lunch break on the east coast or a morning coffee in Western Australia.
Subject Matter
Assessing the amount and quality of a person's work experience is an important task when advising your client on their eligibility for a number of skilled visas. You need to determine if the work experience aligns with the tasks of the nominated occupation and then if they have sufficient experience for it to be included in an application for a visa. Part time and casual employment complicates this assessment, as well as breaks in the employment history, not to mention the different definitions of what constitutes full time work experience.
Join Ashwinder Sawhney, MMIA, in this one hour workshop, as we explore what work experience can be included and what evidence you will need when you submit the visa application.
