Annual Market Salary Rate – including March 2026 cha
Web Desc

Subject Matter

Providing evidence that your client will be paid an Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR) is an important criterion that must be met for both temporary and permanent employer nomination applications. The recent March 2026 changes will be discussed.

In this one-hour workshop, we will look at what AMSR is, and examine the various types of evidence that can be submitted as part of the nomination application.  Case studies will be provided as we examine how to determine what evidence is the most appropriate depending on the circumstances of the employment arrangement.
