This workshop will explain the relevant visa conditions for Student visa Class TU, Subclass 500 and discuss the impact of assessment levels and genuine student requirements. The workshop will focus on the actual process of student visa assessment and outcomes.  

The various criteria migration professionals should consider when acting for clients in the student visa area will also be discussed, particularly as it relates to family members applying as secondary applicants or student guardians.
