Subject Matter
This practical and interactive CPD session will guide practitioners through the effective use of LEGENDcom in the preparation and management of complex migration matters. Using mock subclass 482 and Partner visa scenarios, the session will work through key areas of legislation, policy, procedural instructions, PAM3, and strategic research techniques directly within the LEGENDcom platform.
Designed with a strong practical focus, attendees will be guided through real-world navigation approaches, issue spotting, cross-referencing, and efficient research methods that can assist in strengthening decision-making, submissions, and overall case preparation. The session is intended to build confidence in navigating complex matters while demonstrating how to use LEGENDcom as a meaningful day-to-day practice tool.
