Subject Matter
This workshop covers all aspects of dealing with negative decisions from both the Department and the Tribunal.
You will gain a strong understanding of review rights as well as alternatives to Tribunal review, such as relodging, escalating the matter to the Department or referring to a lawyer for prospects in the court system. We will also cover some tips to feel more comfortable giving clients bad news.
