Visitor Visas and Genuine Intentions

What is CPD Bites?

CPD Bites is a collection of engaging and informative 1-hour online workshops designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. These sessions start at 1pm, making them perfect for a lunch break on the east coast or a morning coffee in Western Australia.

Subject Matter

All visitor visas require an assessment of genuine intention and as this is a subjective assessment, it is usually the main reason that visitor visa applications are refused.

Join  Ashwinder Sawhney MMIA, as we explore what can be considered genuine and how you might be able to put the best case forward for your clients, noting that sometimes no matter what you put forward, it will not be sufficient due to the risk profile of the applicant.
